Acceptance of Terms

By using ClipScout, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the videos, photos, profile information, and posts you create or upload. You give ClipScout permission to process content you choose to scan, save, post, or share so we can operate the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, harassing, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to abuse the service, interfere with security, impersonate others, or use content you do not have rights to use.

Community Standards

ClipScout has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

AI Processing

ClipScout uses AI to help analyze and rank footage. AI results may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing clips before using, posting, downloading, or sharing them.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings. Free and paid plans may include usage limits. App Store billing, cancellation, and refund rules are controlled by Apple.

Reports and Enforcement

Users can report content or accounts inside the app. We review reports and may take action when content or behavior violates these terms.

Disclaimer

ClipScout is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for lost content, missed clips, service interruptions, AI mistakes, or damages from app use to the maximum extent allowed by law.
